2. Your account

You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by staff members you invite.

3. What the service does

FcommerceBD provides tools to manage products, orders, invoices and customers; to publish content to a connected Facebook Page; to send SMS marketing to customers who have consented; and to book deliveries with courier partners.

4. Facebook Page connection

If you connect a Facebook Page, you authorise us to publish posts on your behalf using the permissions you grant. We only publish content you create or approve. You may disconnect a Page at any time from Integrations, which immediately revokes our stored access tokens.

5. SMS marketing

You are responsible for ensuring every recipient has consented to receive messages from your business, and for complying with BTRC regulations, including permitted sending hours and content restrictions. We may suspend sending if we detect abuse.

6. Orders and delivery

You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders placed through your storefront, for the accuracy of product listings and prices, and for any dispute with your customers. Courier partners operate under their own terms; we pass delivery details to them on your instruction.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Access to paid features ends when a subscription expires. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to sell illegal or restricted goods, to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

10. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, including outages of third-party services such as Facebook, SMS gateways or courier APIs.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
